Gerard McCrea has been active in the Hong Kong commercial property market since his arrival in 1994.
In the ensuing years Gerard has held senior positions with some of the largest property services firms gaining insight and knowledge into their individual approaches before moving forward to found First Commercial Properties.
Recognised as a creative and innovative deal-maker, he has represented and advised a large number of tenants from a diversity of industries. These include such well known international companies as Marriott Vacation Club, Skadden Arps, Sony Corporation, State Street Bank, Standard & Poors, Taubman Asia, and Charles Schwab, among the many.
Prior to his arrival in Hong Kong, Gerard held a position with Bankwest of Australia handling property and project valuations. He graduated with a Business Degree in Property and Finance.
